CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Mail-in entries will not be accepted. All images must be submitted through the official contest website.
2. Please be sure to include your full name along with your photograph entry.
3. Each submitted entry, in its entirety, must be a work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, warrants and acknowledges that (i) the submitted entry is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the entry does not, in whole or in part, infringe the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, moral, privacy or publicity, of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the entry or any part thereof and (ii) no permissions, clearances, waivers or consents are required to publish or enter the entry in the Contest.
4. Entries must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or inappropriate content. Any entries that we deem inappropriate will be disqualified.
5. This contest is open submission. Photographs may be submitted by professional and amateur photographers from any country in the world. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Please also note that the subject of your photo entry must also be 18 or older.
6. Entries may only be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry.
7. Images of famous athletes or professional sports team stadiums may not be accepted unless all the league, stadium, athlete and any additional release or consents requested by Paul Testa Designs are provided in writing.
8. All images must be NO larger than 3MB.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants irrevocably agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, content administrator, website host, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities and damages arising out of (i) their participation in this Contest including the content of any entry submitted, (ii) any Contest-related activities, (iii) the breach or violation of these rules including any representations and warranties, (iv) and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Contest entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, human errors of any kind, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to this Contest.
CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD
The contest begins on July 1, 2010, at 12:01AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends August 3, 2010 at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All Entries must be received by August 17, 2010 at 11:59PM EST without exception. Winners will be announced August 18, 2010.
